Past Routes is operated by Richard Milwain as a sole trader, trading as "Past Routes". The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Purchases made through the online shop at www.pastroutes.co.uk will be processed using Stripe.

The Site uses Stripe - a payment processing platform - to process payments. Stripe uses cookies to process payment transactions and to help prevent fraud. This includes collecting personal information that is used to process and fulfil any orders.

This may include the following: your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, payment method information (such as credit or debit card number, bank account information or payment card image selected by you), merchant and location, purchase amount, date of purchase, and in some cases, some information about what you have purchased and your phone number and past purchases.

Items purchased through the shop will be delivered by 2nd Class Royal Mail, to UK addresses only. They will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days.

All prices provided in the shop are inclusive of postage.

Posters will be sent within a poster tube as a medium package.

Maps will be sent in A5 size hard backed envelopes.

All packaging, with the exception of poster tube ends, is recyclable.

Our returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase then we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Items can be replaced like-for-like if damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
